Responsibility through dairy science?

Hi, Milk Fans

Some dairy farms are taking in children and teaching them to look after animals on a daily basis. This helps them to learn responsibility and also to know that they have a job that has meaning and that the animals depend on them.

Good for you guys! I will be looking for a local project like this and will give you feed back on the outcomes.

Just joined www.LiveJournal.com today and what a breeze and beautiful layout :-)

Besides the gloomy weather out in Cape Town, I'm all excited for the day and I hope you are too.

I'm writing a cheese course for neophytes and that is taking a whole lot of my time, so I'll be back as soon as I can.
